GULF INTRACOASTAL CONSTRUCTORS, A JOINT VENTURE – Gulf IWW Gate Structures

Provided: Ulma Mega Form at 10’ thick by 150’ x 300’ Mat Footing, and ULMALUMA Gang Wall system forming 32' x 4’ thick water tight gate wall structure.

Innovative solution forming large gate structure with multiple angels and difficult structure under close supervision by Corp of Engineers. Designed and fabricated special tools that increased productivity and sped work. Solved bulkhead issues for large wall forming conditions and improved Aluma Wall Gang applications on this project.

Mass Structural Slab on difficult soil conditions required engineering complete system with anchor, ties and form system integrated to accommodate combined load and stress while minimizing effort and cost.

Needle storage presented many challenges with special attention to multiple use, 3’ concrete deck, large spans and unique structure, all solved by development of unique load brackets and standard “HighFlyer” fleet equipment.
